Within 24 hours of submission, a clinical lead is assigned to your case and will reach out directly to discuss your requirements.
We review the DICOM or imaging files submitted, segment the relevant anatomy, and prepare an initial assessment of the case requirements.
A clinical and technical proposal is shared with you — covering recommended solution, materials, timeline, and next steps. No commitment required at this stage.
Once you are happy with the proposal, the case is confirmed and manufacturing begins — with your surgeon sign-off required before any component is produced.
